Loved the place, had an excellent stay in town for theatre & overnight stay. The staff were pleasant, perfectly fine, would definitely come back. The continental breakfast was marvellous and for the price.

The place is absolutely fantastic and fairly clean, it offers good hot breakfast and unbeatable location in downtown Ottawa. The units are functional, well-stocked.

It is an incredibly beautiful property located in Centretown district so close to all shops, most attractions, Shopping Center. Outstandingly accommodating and cheerful staff, GREAT service. Parking is on site.

The room was very separate, exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff was courteous and I had a flexible checkout. It had central location close to Museum of Nature. The hotel was convenient and the attached restaurant was original. I appreciated welcoming service and would use them next time.

I went on a weekend and everything here was very clean. Huge room and great bed, comfy sleep. Early check-in. Besides, I parked nearby;))

breakfast was free, room was cosy and convenient. relaxing beds, under-floor heating, satellite television and coffee/tea making facilities were a nice touch. besides, i greatly enjoyed private parking nearby. unbelievable location, just next door to restaurants and downtown and banks, yet the area was really busy. i was offered cocktails, soft drinks, wines and alcoholic drinks at the outdoor-bar.

The bathroom I had was very dated.

Relatively cheap breakfast, so helpfull staff, really big beds. The pool had a whirlpool and a sauna too. Not to mention super quick wifi! The hotel was a couple of blocks away from the heart of Ottawa. Clean restaurant served authentic specialities...

Had a fun experience here, though the venue was soulless.
